Support Repair Days
Everyone loves Repair Days – and there are many ways you can contribute this important event . . .
Become a Friend of Repair Days
– Show your love by helping cover the expenses of feeding 250 volunteers three times a day. A large number of these volunteers are college students – and we all know how much they can eat. Friends receive special gifts such as invitations to the Repair Days Review Party, t-shirts, aprons and more.
Bring in a Repair
– We do everything from knife sharpening to cast iron repair to re-tinning copper pots to jewelry repair. Every repair, big or small, contributes to Museum programming.
Volunteer
– In addition to metal repairs, we need volunteers to help prepare and distribute meals, sell memberships and take in repairs, process out-going repairs, sell t-shirts, assist with the auction and do anything else Judy Davis can think of (and yes, she needs a lot of help during Repair Days). To volunteer, please contact Judy at 901-774-6380 or
jed@metalmuseum.org.
