The Metal Museum agent will not take cell phone bids.

I hereby appoint the Metal Museum to act as my agent in the Metal Museum Repair Days Auction at the Metal Museum, Saturday, October 6, 2012.  I authorize the Metal Museum to bid, on my behalf, for the Work of Art described by its Title below up to and including the Maximum Bid Price set forth herein.  I agree that the Metal Museum, acting as my agent, shall employ its best efforts to bid on my behalf for the specified work of art and, in the sole judgment and discretion of the Metal Museum, to attempt to secure the work of art at the lowest price possible to be the successful bidder, but up to the Maximum Bid Price.  I hereby acknowledge the existence of and expressly waive any conflict of interest presented by such arrangement.  

In consideration of this agreement, I am providing the credit card information below and  agree that, if any bid made by the Metal Museum on my behalf is successful, the Metal Museum will charge my credit card for the amount of the winning bid, up to the Maximum Bid Price.  The Metal Museum will hold any works of art purchased pursuant to this Proxy for three (3) business days in order for me to make arrangements, at my expense, to take possession of the work of art.
