BACK THE ARTS WITH TN SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATES
When you purchase certain specialty license plates in Tennessee, a portion of the proceeds support the arts in our state, making Tennessee a place where the arts thrive. The proceeds from your purchase support some of the state’s most beloved museums and arts organizations, including the Metal Museum.
The Specialty License Plate Program was created in the 1980s to provide a dedicated revenue source for arts and cultural activities in the state of Tennessee. When you pick from one of Tennessee’s four arts specialty license plates, your support goes even further toward helping the Tennessee Arts Commission provide public funding to Tennessee’s nonprofit organizations in the arts.
