PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
VISITORS TO THE MUSEUM
Visitors may take personal photographs everywhere except the Museum Store, unless otherwise noted. Professional photography is by appointment only and is restricted to outside areas only. We strongly suggest that sessions be scheduled at least one week in advance to make sure the desired area is available. One free photography session is included with a wedding grounds rental.

ANNUAL FEE FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS
For an annual fee of $250 (Donor Level), professional photographers/videographers become members of the Metal Museum and have access to the grounds for photo/video shoots for a period of one year.
Annual Fee includes:

Unlimited photography/video shoots

Free admission for two (2) assistants

Free admission for photographer

Free admission for up to ten (10) individuals
ONE-TIME FEE
If the photographer/videographer is not a Donor member, there is a fee of $75 per photo shoot. (Please note: fee must be paid at least one week in advance, for a two-hour photo shoot.)

PERMITTED AREAS
Gazebo, Lawns, Front Stairs of Library, Museum Gates. No interior photography.
REFUNDS
Full Refunds will be given for cancellations made by noon (12pm) the day before the shoot or if the photo session is cancelled due to inclement weather. For cancellations made after the deadline, half of the total fee will be refunded.
Commercial Photography & Video is defined as:

Photographs/videos involving props, changes of clothing or more equipment than a tripod and standard flash.

Photos/videos that will be posted for sale on the internet/portfolio, used in print for art sale, used to advertise goods or services otherwise published.

Photograph/video sessions involving a group larger than five people or involving a paid photographer.

Wedding, model, and professional or otherwise commercial photography/video.
Personal Photography & Video is defined as:

Using a non-paid photographer/ videographer, requiring no change of clothing and using no more than one tripod, flash and camera.

Photographer and the rest of the party must pay admission before photographing on the grounds.
